12th Winelands conference: Public leadership for added citizen value

Biennial conference facilitated by the School of Public Management and Planning at the University of Stellenbosch.

The first 2 days of the event, to be held on Monday 15 and Tuesday 16 March 2010 will be The Dr. Samuel Sarphati Innovative public leadership knowledge event to commemorate the work and life of the eminent Dutch innovative public leader, Dr. Samuel Sarphati (1813 -1866).

The last three days of the event to be held from Wednesday 17 March to Friday 19 March 2010 will be The 12th Winelands conference: Public leadership for added citizen value
