Proactive and responsive service delivery 2010-2015 conference

The objective of this conference is to create an opportunity to engage on a number of issues related to service delivery.

The objective of this conference is to provide individuals of the same seniority from both the public and private sector an opportunity to engage on a number of issues specifically related to the important issue of service delivery.  This will give participants the opportunity to learn from each other, share their expertise and debate the opportunities and challenges of achieving proactive and responsive service delivery over the short- to medium-term.

The programme will offer a stimulating and exciting line-up of high level speakers from both the public and private sector. Speakers will include senior ministers, top executives of relevant companies and leading thinkers in our civil society.
