Government cannot make development happen - development happens because of the decisions and actions of our people, taking forward their lives and livelihoods. Government must provide the enabling conditions, which release the energy of our people - just look at Asia to see the potential of that energy unfolding. To reserve a seat, kindly RSVP by 2 July.
